Talki AI Voice Day Planner offers auto-renewable subscription options:

Premium Monthly: $3.99/month - Unlimited voice tasks and premium features
Premium Yearly: $29.99/year - Best value with all premium features (Save 50%)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for all content you create using the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to transcribe voice and parse tasks. Please note:

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Always review AI-generated content for accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Talki AI Voice Day Planner and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talki AI Voice Day Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
