Sharing and Processing
- We use trusted processors, including OpenAI (API) for transcription and reminder parsing, and push notification providers.
- Content you choose to process (e.g., audio, derived text) is sent to these providers solely to provide the service.
- OpenAI's API does not use customer API data to train their models by default; see OpenAI's Services Agreement and Policies for details.
AI Processing Notice
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the app for medical, legal, or other safety-critical decisions.
- Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data (e.g., health, children's personal data, financial account numbers) unless strictly necessary for your use.
Retention and Deletion
- Audio is processed securely and not retained longer than necessary for transcription.
- We record minimal usage events (e.g., request timing, token counts) for reliability, abuse prevention, and billing.
- Reminders persist until you delete them. You can request deletion in Settings ("Delete All Data") or by contacting us.
International Transfers
- We operate in the United States and may process data in other countries where our processors operate. We take steps to protect your data consistent with applicable laws.
Security
- Data is protected in transit with TLS and stored with access controls.
Children
- The service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
Your Choices
- Control microphone access and notifications in system settings.
- In the app, you can delete your data in Settings. You may also contact us to access or correct your information.
